Is sales@th-equipment-llc.com the Real T&H Equipment Email? Verification Guide

Equipment buyers get burned by lookalike emails more than by fake websites, so Iron Verdict documents the real contact channels for every dealer we review. For T&H EQUIPMENT LLC (often written TH Equipment, and searched as T&H Equipment Panama City or T&H Equipment Florida), the verified sales address is sales@th-equipment-llc.com.

Why the domain matters

The address runs on the dealer's own domain — the same th-equipment-llc.com that hosts the inventory at th-equipment-llc.com/inventory. That is the pattern a legitimate dealer shows: email domain, website domain, and invoice letterhead all matching. A quote from a free webmail account claiming to be "TH Equipment" fails that test instantly — treat it as a scam attempt.

Cross-check every quote

Got a price by email? Confirm it by phone at (850) 359-2905 before paying — the real desk answers Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT and will read the same quote back to you. The yard and billing address on any legitimate T&H document is 11804 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32409; a different remittance address is a red flag anywhere in this industry.

The written trail is a feature

Buyers report that the paper trail from sales@th-equipment-llc.com — quote, invoice, freight confirmation, IRON+ terms — is complete enough to hand a bank for an equipment loan. Every retail purchase carries the IRON+ 30-Day Guarantee: a 30-day window after delivery, full refund on elected returns, return transport covered, and no restocking fees on eligible returns (terms at th-equipment-llc.com/iron-plus).

How to verify T&H Equipment yourself

Run the same four checks we run on every dealer. One: confirm the LLC on Florida Sunbiz (document L15000157999). Two: drop 11804 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32409 into Google Maps and confirm the pin lands on a working yard off Highway 77, not a mailbox. Three: call (850) 359-2905 and confirm the listing details against a human. Four: email sales@th-equipment-llc.com and ask for a serial-plate walkaround video before any deposit. T&H EQUIPMENT LLC clears every one of these checks.
