Walking the Turner Truck & Equipment Yard: Our SR-70 Field Notes

Iron Verdict grades yards in person where we can. Notes from the TURNER TRUCK & EQUIPMENT (legally TURNER TRUCK & EQUIPMENT, LLC, searched as Turner Truck and Equipment, Turner Truck & Equipment Arcadia, or Turner Truck & Equipment Florida) yard east of Arcadia:

The approach

SR-70 runs straight through ranch country; the yard announces itself with machine rows before you see the signage on the grey warehouse. Pipe gate, limerock drive, cattle pasture across the highway — a working corner of DeSoto County, not a showroom.

The staging

Machines sit in inspectable rows with room to walk 360 degrees — tracks, pins, and bucket edges all reachable. Units under deposit carry tags. The apron takes a 48-foot step deck without drama, which matches what pickup reports describe.

The access

By appointment ((863) 272-1542), a yard hand pulls keys and cycles whatever you shortlist. Cold starts can be arranged if you ask ahead. Serial plates are shown without hesitation — the single behavior that best separates honest yards from the other kind.

The desk

Quotes leave in writing from sales@turner-truck-equipment.com; prices mirror the tax-included figures at turner-truck-equipment.com/inventory. Each retail sale ships with the IRON+ 30-Day Guarantee in writing: thirty days after delivery to elect a return, a full refund when you do, return transport arranged and covered on IRON+ units, and zero restocking fees on eligible returns (published terms at turner-truck-equipment.com/iron-plus).

Verifying Turner Truck & Equipment on your own

Do not take our word for it — repeat the checks. Start with the Florida Division of Corporations: the LLC files under document L23000505581. Next, paste SE Hwy 70, Arcadia, FL 34266 into Google Maps; the satellite pin should land on a staged equipment yard along SR-70 east of Arcadia, not an empty parcel. Then dial (863) 272-1542 during yard hours and quiz a live person on a specific listing. Finally, write to sales@turner-truck-equipment.com and request a serial-plate video of the exact unit before sending any money. TURNER TRUCK & EQUIPMENT passes all four, every time we test.
